Session Length and Frequency
1:1 sessions ‘in person’ last for one hour and are ideally held weekly at the same time.
Daytime appointments Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Evening appointments ‘in person’ between 5—9pm Tuesdays only.
When clients are unable to attend a therapy session in person it may be possible to arrange a telephone or Zoom session if I consider continuity of therapy is necessary.
Cost and Cancellation Policy
My fee is £50 per hour. Please pay by BACS prior to session.
Counselling Students £45 per hour.
Concessions are available for those on low income or benefits.
Cancellation of an appointment will incur full costs if I am not notified 48 hours prior to the appointment time, regardless of reason.
Confidentiality
I work within UKCP and BACP boundaries of confidentiality. Sessions are held in the privacy of a dedicated room within the property.
GDPR (Data Protection)
Your data is kept securely. Should you work with me I will request you sign a form stating you are happy for me to keep your details for 7 years, after which they will be destroyed. Any data held can be subpoenaed by a court i.e. in the case of child protection.
Clients will be asked to sign that they have read and agree to abide by my GDPR and Business Agreement.
The Business Agreement covers confidentiality, cancellation, breaks and fees. These are legally binding and are as much for your protection as mine.
